    Coach Eliza specializes in strength training, functional training, circuit training, and powerlifting. Eliza believes strength training can improve your life in many different aspects. Eliza wants all women to feel comfortable while exercising and feel able to ask her any question to learn lifts properly. Teaching women proper form in lifts and seeing their confidence grow is what it is all about for her!

    Coach carista specializes in boxing and self defense training. SHe has been in martial arts for over 15 years and has a 5th degree black belt. Her mission is to teach women how to feel confident and defend themselves. In her class, you will get a cardio workout along with learning boxing and self defense techniques. let’s empower and protect each other!

With 7+ years of experience and advanced certifications in PCOS-friendly, pre/postnatal, and pelvic floor training, she blends evidence-based programming with real-life coaching for busy women.

SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH LIFTING BECAUSE IT BUILDS DISCIPLINE, SELF-WORTH, AND TRUE CONFIDENCE, QUALITIES EVERY WOMAN DESERVES. HER PASSION COMES FROM WATCHING PHYSICAL STRENGTH TURN INTO MENTAL RESILIENCE, MINDSET GROWTH, AND UNSTOPPABLE CONFIDENCE INSIDE AND OUT.

    Coach Krystal has been a personal trainer since 2021, but her love for movement was sparked by sports, which later grew into a passion for weightlifting, Pilates, and overall wellness. She is dedicated to helping women find joy in movement, feel confident in their bodies. Outside of training, Krystal enjoys hiking, trying new workout classes, and running. She is a strong advocate for women’s health and believes every woman deserves to feel her healthiest and happiest.

    Coach Laura is an NASM-certified personal trainer and a certified prenatal, restorative, and vinyasa yoga teacher who specializes in movement and wellness during pregnancy and postpartum. She is passionate about women’s health in all stages of life from adolescence through older adulthood. Her approach to training will lead you to your goals with compassion and respect.

    COACH PAULINA IS A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER WITH A DEGREE IN KINESIOLOGY WHO FOUND HER PASSION FOR FITNESS IN 2020 AFTER GOING THROUGH HER OWN WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY. HER GOAL IS TO HELP WOMEN FEEL STRONG, CONFIDENT, FALL IN LOVE WITH MOVEMENT, AND BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES. SHE BELIEVES EXERCISE IS NOT JUST ABOUT HOW WE LOOK, BUT ABOUT HOW WE FEEL IN OUR DAY-TO-DAY LIVES.

    Coach Elena is a certified personal trainer and holds a BS in kinesiology. With 15 years of experience in martial arts and kickboxing, she uses these disciplines to help women build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of safety in their bodies. Elena believes movement is both physical and collective; it’s how we train, how we show up, and how we take up space together. She is committed to teaching movement in a way that builds intention and connection.
